• For products intended for personal use, return is subject to availability due to hygiene conditions.

Refund Process

• Once the returned products are checked, the refund process will be initiated.

• Refunds will be made in accordance with the original method of payment (credit card, bank transfer, etc.).

• The refund will be completed within 14 days from the date the product was returned.

Shipping Fees

Delivery and Return Conditions

Delivery Terms: As Perendi, we work diligently to deliver your orders to you in the fastest and safest way. Your orders are shipped within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Shipping times may vary depending on your delivery address and the carrier.
Delivery will be made from the cargo branch closest to your address or from the specified delivery point.

Return Policy: If you do not like our Perendi products or want to return them for any other reason, you can request a return within 14 days from the date of delivery. We determine the product return policy as follows:

• The product must be unused and its labels and packaging must be undamaged.

• You must send the original invoice and return request form along with the product you wish to return.

• Once your return request is approved, the refund will be completed within 7 business days.

Return Fees: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Exchange: If you want to buy another product instead of our current product, you can start the return process and place your new order. Product exchange is not possible.
